NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its April 15, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Cedar City Ordinance 26-IV-5 pertaining to public improvement bond revisions. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its April 15, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Cedar City Ordinance Sections 23, 26, and 32 revising numbering to match State code. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its April 15, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Engineering Standards Section 1 amending introductory language and adopting the 2026 APWA Utah Manual of Standard Specifications and 2026 APWA Utah Manual of Standard Plans. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its April 15, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Engineering Standards Section 2.1 amending the general requirements for public improvements pertaining to installing system improvements to the boundary lines of developments. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its April 15, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Engineering Standards Section 3.2.3 regarding cul-de-sac requirements. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
