PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Barker C. Invocation - Commissioner Froerer D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on March 2, 2026. F. Non-Action Items 1. HAFB Update 2. 2026 RAMP Recommendations Presenter: Kevin Burns, RAMP Chair 3. General Fund / Sheriff Update Presenter: Commissioner Harvey 4. Presentation on Local Transportation Funds Program and Upcoming Funding Opportunities Presenter: Brooke Stewart 5. The 5th 5th Update Presenter: Andrew Gruber, WFRC 6. Regional Coordination and Partnership Presenter: Mayor Kate Bradshaw, Bountiful City 7. Implementing Transit Innovation Grants Presenter: Christopher Chesnut, UDOT 8. Weber Basin Water Restrictions Update Presenter: Scott Paxman, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District 9. Transfer Station Update Presenter: Sean Wilkinson G. Action Items 1. Discussion and/or action on an appointment to the newly formed UTA Transit Commission.
