The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following item:
An amendment to Lindon City Code Chapter 13.30 Drinking Water Source Protection to align source protection standards with current Utah Division of Drinking Water requirements, address permitted and conditional uses, incorporate best practices, require 3rd party review within a source protection zone, and establish administrative requirements.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comments regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planning@lindon.gov.
