Notice of Annexation Petition Certification Buckwalter Meadow View Ranch 2 Annexation You are receiving this notice as the record owner of land either within the annexation, an unincorporated area within a 1/2 mile radius of the area proposed for annexation, as a property owner within 500 feet of the property within the annexation, or as an affected entity. Notice is hereby given that a petition for annexation has been filed with American Fork City proposing the annexation of 96.409 acres located at approximately 1000 South 100 East. The petition for the Buckwalter Meadow View Ranch 2 Annexation includes the property owned by Brown Frank W LLC, Hawkmoon Holdings LLC, the Corp of Pres Bishop Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, M&J Property Holdings LLC, and Steven J and Lee Ann Buckwalter, American Fork City, and UTA. The petition was accepted by the American Fork City Council on March 24, 2026, and the petition was certified by the city recorder and Notice of Certification delivered to the American Fork City Council, County Commission, and sponsor on April 2, 2026. American Fork City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless written protest to the annexation petition is filed with the Utah County Boundary Commission (Jolynn Clegg , 100 East Center Street Suite 3100, Provo, Utah 84606) with a copy delivered to the American Fork City Recorder (51 East Main Street, American Fork, Utah 84003). Protests must be filed on or before May 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Those who may file a protest to the annexation include the legislative body or governing board of an affected entity, an owner of rural real property, or an owner of private real property located in a mining protection area, according to State Code 10-2-810. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the American Fork Recorder's office, located at 51 E. Main Street, American Fork, Utah.
