- The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on February 3, 2026: Ordinance 2026-07 amending Chapter 16.05 of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding permitted and conditional uses in the C-2 and C-3 zones. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on February 17, 2026: Ordinance 2026-01 prescribing the time and place for the regular meetings of the Midway City Council. Ordinance 2026-06 amending Midway City Code Section 12.03 to add Section 12.03.110. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on March 3, 2026: Ordinance 2026-08 amending the Midway City Code to delete Section 16.12.020 G and renumber subsequent subsections accordingly.
