CLEARFIELD CITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2026B-01 FOR CLEARFIELD CITY BICENTENNIAL PARK AMPHITHEATER DEMOLITION A. OVERVIEW OF SOLICITATION 1. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to demolish the existing amphitheater building, seating, and sound booth at Bicentennial Park (600 S. 800 E., Clearfield, UT). This will include capping and marking all existing utilities for the building (water, sewer, and electricity). including all materials and labor required to complete the project. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a contract award to a single vendor that furnishes materials for the demolition of said amphitheater at Bicentennial Park. 2. This RFP is designed to provide interested vendors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Vendors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications so long as minimum requirements are met. 3. Clearfield City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal, in the best interests of the City. While it is the intent of the City to proceed with this solicitation, nothing herein shall obligate the City to enter into a contract. The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP in whole or in part at any time if it is in the best interest of the City. B. GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Proposals will only be accepted through https://vendor.bonfirehub.com/. Electronic submissions of proposals must be received no later than Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. No proposals will be accepted after 3:00 p.m. on the above-mentioned date. 2. Electronic proposals may require uploading of electronic attachments. Each attachment will have a 50 MB limit, or a link can be uploaded that will direct Clearfield City to the document. The Bonfire site will accept a wide variety of document types as attachments. However, the submission of documents containing embedded documents (zip files), .mov, .wmp, and .mp3 files are prohibited. All documents should be attached as separate files. 3. When submitting a proposal electronically through Bonfire, allow sufficient time to complete the online forms and to upload documents. The solicitation will end precisely at the closing time listed. If you are in the middle of uploading your proposal at the closing time, Bonfire will stop the process, and your proposal will not be received. a. Vendor is responsible for verifying that all required documents have been successfully uploaded with proposal. b. Clearfield City is not responsible for vendor access with Bonfire. c. All questions must be submitted through Bonfire and all answers will be given via the Bonfire website. d. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on location at Bicentennial Park (600 S. 800 E., Clearfield, UT 84015) beginning at 9:30 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. e. Questions may be submitted through Bonfire until Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. f. Clearfield City will select the proposal determined to be in its best interest according to the criteria outlined in the RFP.
