5. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting.

a. Consider Annual Drinking Water Quality Report
b. Consider Cache Meadows Skilled Nursing Senior Development Park Impact Fees
c. Consider signing an agreement with Xpress Bill Pay for Utility Billing
d. Consider letter giving approval for work on the trails
e. e. Consider reapproval of Resolution 24-21 - A Resolution expressing Hyde Park City's approval to adjust its common boundary with North Logan.
