Peak Asphalt is the sole supplier of these oils used for chip sealing of roads by the County. An IFB
was issued to identify other vendors who could supply the product, and Peak Asphalt was the only
responding supplier as expected. Award is recommended in the amount of $147,870.00.

B. Tooele County Jail Reroofing Contract 2026; Jason Sparks
This is the agreement between Seamless Commercial Roofing and Tooele County to redo the
roofing at the Tooele County Jail. This was put out to bid and Seamless Commercial Roofing was
the winning bid.
