Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Herriman City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of an Ordinance at the meeting held on March 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5355 West Herriman Main Street, Herriman, Utah, as follows: Ordinance No. 2026-07 adopting a Transportation Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Transportation Impact Fee Analysis, and an Impact Fee Enactment that imposes a Transportation Impact Fee; providing for the calcu-lation and collection of such fee; and providing for appeal, accounting, severability of the same, and other related matters.
