Planning and Zoning Approved Minutes for February 4, 2026 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members: Tyler Rowley, Nancy Livingston, Logan Ellis, Dylan Horrocks on phone, Lowell Gardner was absent. Council Member Kristen Vose was not in attendance. Public attendees: none The Meeting was called to order by Tyler Rowley at 7:07 pm. Pledge was led by Tyler Rowley. Minutes: Logan Ellis made a motion to approve the minutes for Jan. 7, 2026. A second was made by Nancy Livingston. All were in favor, motion passed. Public Comments: None Action Agenda: No Action Items Proceeded to Work Meeting. Work Meeting: Item #1. Discussion/develop/approve/deny development of ordinance for motel units, cabins, and recreational vehicle courts. Continued working on Recreational Travel Vehicle Courts. Went through Cleveland Town's Travel Trailer Court Ordinance Chapter 2 Large Scale Developments section 12.0920. Reviewed what board had previously discussed they wanted to use from Orangeville's Ordinance for Recreational Vehicle Courts to include in the Towns. Item #3: Any other items needing attention. Shed on 300 W 100 S is now in compliance. Item #4: Adjourn Meeting: Logan Ellis made a motion to adjourn. Tyler Rowley seconded. All were in favor, meeting adjourned. Nancy Livingston, Clerk
