- Recorded minutes for April 1, 2026 meeting at 7 pm. Problem with the recorder at the beginning of the meeting. Recorder started at action item #1. Before that, the meeting was opened by Nancy Livingston, the pledge of allegiance was led by Nancy Livingston. Minutes were moved to after action items were done due to Lowell Gardner having questions about an action item. No public comments. Recorder started working on Action Item #1 with Carl and Lucy Sherman explaining their plans for building a house instead of putting in a modular.
