TOWN OF MANILA REGULAR MEETING SENIOR-COMMUNITY CENTER 165 E HWY 43 APRIL 9, 2026, AT 5:30 P.M. AGENDA REGULAR MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: BUSINESS: CONSENT CALENDAR: ADDENDUM: SCOTT'S TRAILER HAVEN: Update on Scott's Trailer Haven and the progress that has been made. WATER CONSERVATION: Move to consider the implementation of water use restrictions due to ongoing statewide water shortages, in accordance with state guidelines and Division of Wildlife Resources regulations. SHARED METERS: Move to authorize or deny the Town's offer to cover a portion of the cost to separate services for residents or businesses currently sharing a meter. WATER SUPPLY EVALUATION: Motion to approve or deny obtaining a second opinion on the Town's wells and overall water supply to determine whether an additional well is needed or if the current supply is adequate. EPA FUNDING AND ACCOUNT BALANCE NEEDED: UINTAH COUNTY LIBRARY-KAREN ENGLAND: She would like to provide the council with an update regarding the bookmobile and their current progress in the acquisition process.
