3. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval for an Ordinance creating a
R-1-6, One Family Residential Zone.
4. Discussion and possible action to set a public hearing for April 22, 2026, for an
Ordinance amending the Mixed-Use Zone.
5. Discussion regarding the current parking ordinance.
6. Discussion regarding the possible parking lot design standards.
7. Discussion regarding the current sign ordinance.
