- Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change. Parcels are approximately located near 8737 North 700 West, St. George, Utah 84770 (Diamond Valley). The applicants are Scott and Stephanie Bulloch, and Diamond Valley Water Company.
