Parcels are approximately located near 8737 North 700 West, St. George, Utah 84770 (Diamond Valley). The applicants are Scott and Stephanie Bulloch, and Diamond Valley Water Company.
The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111
