Description/Agenda: NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd of March, 2026, the Sevier County Commission adopted Ordinance 2026-3-1, an Ordinance amending Chapter 152 Streets Sidewalks and Public Places of the Sevier County Code, Ordinance 2026-3-2, an Ordinance amending Chapter 153 Subdivision of the Sevier County Code, and Ordinance 2026-3-3 Design and Construction Standards. A complete copy of the ordinance is available for review in the Sevier County Clerk/Auditor Office, 250 N Main, Suite 100, Richfield, Utah. Published in the Richfield Reaper April 8, 2026.
