THE ISSUANCE OF THE DISTRICT'S NOT TO EXCEED $10,000,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF TAX INCREMENT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2026; AND RELATED MATTERS.
