- Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoptions The following ordinance(s) has(have) been passed by the Clearfield City Council: CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2026-05 3/24/2026 Ordinance Preamble This Ordinance rezones the property located at approximately 260 West 1700 South (TIN: 12-065-0156) from R-3 (High Density Residential) to C-2 (Commercial) and amends the City's Zoning Map to reflect the change. CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2026-07 3/24/2026 Ordinance Preamble Ordinance 2008-06 enacted a consolidated fee schedule for utilities, recreation, licensing, permits, impact fees, building rental, etc. for Clearfield City Corporation. This Ordinance makes amendments to cemetery fees, recreation fees pavilion rental fees, special event fees, utility fees, business license fees, planning and zoning fees, building permit and development fees.
