NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APRIL 14, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 0.2 acres of property from 'R-S' (Residential Suburban) to 'R-1-8' (Single Family Residential). The property is located at 2402 West Gordon Avenue.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
