PUBLIC HEARING HUNTINGTON CITY Public notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Huntington City Hall, 20 South Main Street, Huntington, Utah. Item of Business: Ordinance 3-2026 - Animal Control and Geotechnical Updates A hearing will be held to discuss proposed amendments to the Huntington City Code, including: - Updates to animal control enforcement procedures, citation issuance, penalties, and the appeal process; - Updates to geotechnical and soil requirements for new construction, subdivisions, and other land development activities, including Soil Report content, review, and exceptions. Please note that, in order to hear from as many members of the public as possible, the Chair may limit public comment to three minutes per person. The public is invited to attend all City Council meetings.
