HB456 (2025 General Session) created the Outdoor Recreation Mitigation Grant and Board.
This rule is being proposed in accordance with 79-9-102, which requires the Division of Outdoor Recreation to administer an outdoor recreation mitigation grants program, and to make rules (in consultation with the Outdoor Recreation Mitigation Board created in Section 79-9-104) in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act as necessary to perform the division's duties in Title 79, Chapter 9.
