CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA April 1, 2026 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: Approve February Meeting Minutes Public Comments: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Carl & Lucy Sherman building plans for home instead of modular. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny Bryan Christensen would like to inquire as to what he can build or put on his property at 40 S Center. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny Laura Milchak wants to put a small shed next to her house to turn into a beauty salon. They already have the shed in their driveway at 760 E 100 N. Work Meeting: 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny ordinance for individual motel units, cabins, and recreational vehicle courts Recreational Courts. 5. Discuss any other ordinances needing to be updated or amended. 6. Adjourn Meeting.
