PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Council RIVERS EDGE STORAGE FACILITY AMENDED SITE PLAN, SUBDIVISION PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT 280 S 500 W, PARCEL CT-362-A, RIVERS EDGE SUBDIVISION LOT 1, 2, 3, AND 4 Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly consider an action on proposed amendments to the River's Edge Storage Facility Site Plan, Subdivision Plat, and Development Agreement. The property is located at 280 S 500 W. The Public Hearing is scheduled for April 13, 2026, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The applicant, Courtney Richins, is proposing to modify and adjust the uses and configurations of the development on the property in accordance with the Highway Commercial (HC) Zone District. The proposal eliminates 2 subdivision lots and changes retail commercial uses to storage commercial uses. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
