NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF MORGAN, UTAH
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Morgan, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday April 14, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Morgan City Offices at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following:
- An Ordinance amending Title 8 of the Morgan City code to Provide for the collections of delinquent utility charges and to authorize the recording of political subdivision liens for unpaid utility service fees. Ordinance 26-04
- An Ordinance amending Title 12 of the floodways provision of the Morgan City code to provide for the development of a fishery/ park project. Ordinance 26-05
Prior to the public hearing, supporting documentation will be posted on the City website at www.morganutah.gov or available by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 829-4287.
The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice was posted within the Morgan City limits on this 31st day of March, 2026, at the Morgan City Hall, on the Utah Public Notice Website - www.utah.gov/pmn, the City's website - www.morganutah.gov and three public places within the City.
