NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PARAGONAH TOWN BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Paragonah Town Board will be holding a public hearing on April 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input, comments, and objections concerning a proposed application to the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for funding to support the construction of a fire access road that connects 300 East to 700 East, installing 3 culverts (Locations: Center Street, along Fire Access Road, and in the Jungman Subdivision) , as well as 2-3 inch asphalt caps for all town roads. Project description: Construction of fire access road, installation of 3 culverts and installation of 2-3-inch asphalt caps for as many town roads as possible. Estimated Total Project Cost: $2,000,000 Proposed Funding sources: CIB funding The public is invited and encouraged to attend this public hearing.
