Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the Vernal City Offices, 374 E. Main Street, Vernal, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit comments concerning submitting a funding application to the Community Impact Board (CIB) for a small planning grant in the amount of $50,000. The purpose of the application is for partial funding of a Sewer Master Plan & Sewer System Model update. The last Sewer Master Plan & Model was completed in 2009. The total project cost of $125,000 will be covered by $75,000 Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board funds and $50,000 CIB Small Planning Grant funds.
