D. Conditional Use Permit Cook Duplex (Megan Spurling)
1. The applicant, Brian Cook, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to add another duplex to his previously approved permit. The applicant would provide another duplex for rental purposes and would build green space for the tenants. The property is located at 130 E 480 S.
