Description/Agenda: Annabella Town NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WILDLAND-URBAN INTERFACE CODE Public Notice is hereby given that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed adoption of the 2006 Wildland-Urban Interface Code. The public hearing will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council room, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider adopting the 2006 Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Code, which establishes regulations intended to reduce the risk to life and property from wildfire in areas where development meets with wildland vegetation. A copy of the Wildland-Urban Interface Code is available for inspection at the Annabella Town Office, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Tina Mitchell Annabella Town Clerk
