PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Plat Amendment for Silver Creek Estates Unit I Block 9 Lot A Amended - File #25-085 Parcels SL-I-9-A-AM, SL-I-4-1-SC-X, SL-I-9-A-SC-X, SL-I-9-C-1-X, SL-I-9-E-SC-X Approx. 7105 N. Silver Creek Road, Silver Creek Estates Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with section 10-3-18-F of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding the proposed Plat Amendment to vacate a portion of a public road and dedicate new portions of a public road. The public hearing will be held: Wednesday, April 22, 2026 Beginning at 6:00 PM Sheldon Richins Building Auditorium - Anchor Location 1885 West Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098 The applicant, Mike Kendell, representing Summit County, proposes to amend the plat to vacate a portion of Earl Street, realign the right-of-way to be consistent with the newly constructed portion of Earl Street and the roundabout, and to dedicate that portion and a portion of Silver Creek Road as a public right-of-way.
