WORK IN PROGRESS PUBLIC NOTICE PARAGONAH PLANNING COMMISSION On the 11th day of December 2024, Paragonah Town adopted a new Subdivision Ordinance in accordance with State of Utah Statues. Whereas, the subdivision application, checklists, standards, fee schedules and other subdivision forms were not updated at that time, the Paragonah Town Planning Commission is putting the public on notice that they will be working on updating these forms to be in compliance with the December 11, 2024, Subdivision Ordinance. The December 11, 2024, adopted Subdivision Ordinance will be followed while the other subdivision forms are being updated. Whereas, Paragonah Town Planning Commission regularly meets once a month, they will update the forms in a reasonable time as mandated by State Statue amended in the 2026 Legislative Session SB 284.
