Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda April 6, 2026 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. City Attorney Christopher Gubler; City Attorney Randall McUne; Building Official Lester Ross; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation esthetics business for a property located at 3056 North 175 East (R-3-M)/ The Green Room/ Halli Black. 5. Request for Home Occupation clothing mending business for a property located at 300 South 200 East (R-3-M)/ Sew It/ Denise Hadley. 6. Request for Home Occupation baked goods business for a property located at 2963 West Graham Loop (MU)/ Cozy Cottage Kitchen/ Tiffany Pyle. 7. Request for Variance on the frontage width for a property located at 387 North 300 West/ Wood Engineering/ Tim Mellor. 8. Request for Variance on the access road width for a property located at 184 North 200 West/ JT Thorley Family LLC.
