Planning Commission Meeting Public Hearing Notice A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 5:30 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Rocky Mountain Valves and Automation; 8689 South 5600 West; Preliminary Site Plan; P-C Zone; Rocky Mountain Valves and Automation/Brad Deaver (applicant) - Sandra's Place; 1490 West 8600 South; Preliminary Major Subdivision Plat (6 Lots on 1.47 acres); R-1-8 zone (Single-family residential 8,000 square foot lot minimum) Zone; Wixom Investments, LLC/Brandon Wixom (applicant) - Naturals Training Facility; 8901 South Temple Drive; Conditional Use Permit for Recreation and Entertainment, Indoor; C-G Zone; Naturals Training Facility/Chris Anderton (applicant) If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://westjordan.primegov/public/portal approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials and Zoom login information.
