- The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public meeting on a proposed Amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map and a request for a Zone District Amendment for Aspen Meadows Development. The proposed amendment(s) would change the existing land use zone from Annex Transition (AT) to Aspen Meadows Mountain Zoning District (AMMZD). Comments are limited to three minutes or written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail: PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719. The proposed amendment to the Town Code, Title 9 (Land Management Code) Chapter 7-13 is attached and available at the town offices located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 or by calling the Town offices at 435-677-2029 or email: nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov.
