Fillmore City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless by April 26, 2026, a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Boundary Commission, c/o the Millard County Clerk at 765 South Highway 99, Fillmore, UT 84631, and a copy received by the Fillmore City Recorder.
