The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Fillmore City Recorder located at 75 West Center, Fillmore, UT 84631. Fillmore City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless by April 26, 2026, a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Boundary Commission, c/o the Millard County Clerk at 765 South Highway 99, Fillmore, UT 84631, and a copy received by the Fillmore City Recorder.
