PARCS 501c3 MEETING AGENDA 1651 W. 2300 N., Clinton, Utah Monday, April 6, 2026 - 2:00pm I. CALL TO ORDER AND WELCOME Thank you for coming II. MOTION TO OPEN PUBLIC MEETING a. Do we have a motion to open the public meeting of the PARCS 501c3 Board? Motion - Second - Yes - / No- III. ROLL CALL - (Circle who is present) Brooke Mitchell, Amy Visser, Josh Rodriguez, Bev Lambdin, Tangie Dayley, Kathy Ostberg IV. PUBLC COMMENT Any public member who wishes to address the Board shall have up to three (3) minutes to make their presentation. (According to Utah State Code, the Board cannot act on items not advertised on the agenda.) V. BUSINESS a. Approval of the Minutes: from the meeting on January 5, 2026. Does anyone have any changes to the meeting minutes? Vote on the Minutes. Do we have a motion to adopt the minutes from the last meeting? Motion - Second - Yes - / No- b. Donations: 1. A $65 dollar donation was received from American Online Giving Foundation. c. Bank Account Balances: 1. Starting Balance - from Recreation: $500 2. Miscellaneous: $247.01 3. Arts Committee: $1,660 4. Recreation: $ 218.40 5. Clinton Days: $ 86.66 6. Youth City Council: $1,000 7. Dividends: $1.69 Total: $3,713.76 d. 2026 Meeting Dates: Monday, October 19, 2026 @ 2:00pm at the Parks and Recreation Building. e. The Utah Department of Commerce has been paid for our Domestic Nonprofit Corporation Annual Report/Renewal f. The 990-N has been filed and paid for with the IRS for the year. g. The City has decided to disassociate itself from the 501c3 as far as accounting purposes go so we will need to get our own credit card/checkbook to make purchases from this account. This is being done because of a recent audit and they would like the City to get this off their books, because they are not directly associated with it. Right now myself, Amy and Stephen Hubbard (from the City) are on the account to make purchases. We will need to remove Steve from the account, since the City will not be associated with this account any longer. VI. OTHER BUSINESS a. Does anyone have any grants they are looking at applying for? If anyone has grants they are applying for please notify the president so they can keep track of the grants applied for and notify the other board members which grants have been applied for so we don't all go after the same grants. b. Any other business c. Board Members Report VII. ACTION ITEMS VIII. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE NEXT MEETING IX. ADJOURN a. Do we have a motion to close the public meeting and adjourn? Motion - Second - Yes - / No- Meeting Times: The first Monday of the month, Monday, January 5, 2026, April 6, 2026, October 19, 2026 at 2:00pm.
