Crittenden Farms Annexation The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9th, 2026, to receive public comments regarding the Crittenden Farms Annexation. The annexation area is parcel CD-2106. It is ten acres, located near 2396 So. Willow Way. The developer is proposing five lots in an AG-1 zone. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at Francis City Hall, 2317 So. Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing. Zoning Code Amendment The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9th, 2026, to receive public comments regarding a code text amendment in Francis City Code Title 18 (Zoning). The amendment proposes minor editorial corrections. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Hall, 2317 So. Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing. The meeting will be streamed live on the Francis City YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-9wahpEELShvGQZShXGIXg
