PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION CITY COUNCIL - LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah Thursday, April 9, 2026, 5:30PM The City Council of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. REGULAR SESSION 5:30 PM Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing and Action The City Council is requested to review, hold a public hearing, and consider adoption of Ordinance 2026-04 amending Chapter 11-16 (Flood Damage) of the Park City Municipal Code. The proposed amendments are necessary to maintain compliance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requirements under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), thereby ensuring continued eligibility for federally backed flood insurance within the City. The amendments include updates to regulatory standards, administrative procedures, and flood protection requirements applicable to properties located within designated flood hazard areas.
