- DOCUMENT 00030 REQUEST FOR BIDS Owner: Kamas City Corporation Address: 170 North Main, Kamas Utah 84036 SEALED BIDS for the Construction of the Kamas City - 100 South Storm Drain Improvements Project will be received by Kamas City at 170 North Main, Kamas, Utah until 1:00 p.m. MDST, April 13, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Installing approximately 456 lineal feet of 18' reinforced concrete pipe including three storm drain boxes. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Request for Bids, Information for Bidders, Information Required of Bidder, Status Verification, Measurements and Payments, Certificate of Non-Collusion, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Special Provisions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda, may be obtained electronically upon request by contacting Trisha Luke at Horrocks via email: trishal@horrocks.com or phone: 435-654-2226. Date of availability is March 31, 2026. PRE-BID MEETING: 10:00 a.m. MDST, April 8, 2026 Kamas City, 170 North Main, Kamas, Utah 84036 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT BID OPENING: 1. Bid forms provided. (Sections 00200, 00300, and 00355) 2. Cashier or Certified check or bid bond made payable to Kamas City Corporation in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid bonds must be underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). If all required documents are not provided, the bid may be disqualified. Kamas City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, including the right to waive any informality in any part of any proposal within the best interest of Kamas City.
