Committee Business: a) Applications are posted to fill in committee vacancies b) Budget Discussion i) ZAP Grant due in April ii) New portal (submission) 5. Past Event a) Jazz Ambassadors 6. Future Events: a) Easter Egg Hunt (April 4th 9 am-11 am) i) Food Truck- 9-10 ii) Bunny/ Balloon Artist 9:30-11:00 iii) Fire Truck at 10 am iv) Parks & Rec ready at 7 am v) Committee members who can attend? b) Utility Boxes- 7. City Hall Art Displays - Who would like to take over? a) March- April: Utah Division of Arts C Museums Traveling Exhibit- Utah Watercolor Society (3.20-4.24) b) April- June: Utah Division of Arts C Museums Traveling Exhibit- Utah State Fair Prize Photography (4.24-6.15) c) June-July: Consider getting an America 250 Artwork 8. Upcoming Arts Council Meetings: - May 2, 2026 - June 3, 2026 - August 5, 2026 - September 2, 2026 - October 7, 2026
