NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING
MIDVALLEY SEWER DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES
PROPOSED TRUSTEE COMPENSATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Midvalley Sewer District will hold a special public meeting and public hearing on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m., at the District office located at 160 E 7800 S, Midvale, Utah 84047.
Purpose of Meeting and Hearing
This meeting is convened as a standalone meeting for the limited purpose of receiving public comment and considering Board action regarding proposed compensation for members of the Board of Trustees, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 17B-1-307.
No unrelated business will be considered except for matters incidental to opening and closing the meeting.
Public Participation
The meeting and public hearing will be open to the public. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments during the public hearing.

This notice is provided in accordance with the Class A notice requirements in Utah Code Ann. 63G-30-102, including posting on the Utah Public Notice Website, the District's website, and physical posting within the District.
