Panguitch City Planning Commission Minutes March 2, 2026, at 5:00 pm The Panguitch Planning and Zoning meeting was held at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E. Those in attendance were City Manager Mat Houston, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, Committee Chair Chad Veater, and committee members Clint Albrecht, Garrett Wolfley, Jaynie Connor, Ashlee Milby, Clarence Herron, and Tracy Wright. Agenda Garrett Wolfley moved, seconded by Jaynie Connor, to approve the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor. Minutes Clint Albrecht moved, seconded by Ashlee Milby, to approve the minutes. The motion passed with all in favor. Signage - Summer's Kitchen at 95 N Main Clint Albrecht moved, seconded by Ashlee Milby, to approve the signage at 95 N Main for Summer's Kitchen. The motion passed with all in favor. Signage - Olivia's Gifts at 85 N Main Garret Wolfley moved, seconded by Clint Albrecht, to approve the signage at 85 N Main for Olivia's Gifts. The motion passed with all in favor. The committee discussed changes to the municipal code and the upcoming public hearing for titles 16 and 17.
