To receive public comment at a public hearing before the Bountiful City Planning Commission, and to make a recommendation to the Bountiful City Council, regarding multiple proposed amendments to the Bountiful City Land Use Code affecting development standards in the Residential Multi-Family (RM) Zone and related provisions of Chapter 18 (Motor Vehicle Parking and Access Standards), including regulations for developments with 20 or more dwelling units.
