In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on March 23, 2026:
Ordinance 26-10, Rezoning 0.17 Acres of Certain Property Located at Approximately 1575 East Millcreek Way from the R-1-6 (Single-Household Residential) Zone to the R-1-10 (Single-Household Residential) Zone. The ordinance rezoned property at 1575 E Millcreek Way.
Ordinance 26-11, Approving Monetary Contribution of up to $8,000 for High School Scholarships. The ordinance required a study in accordance with Utah Code Ann. § 10-8-2, setting forth an analysis and demonstrating the purpose for the appropriation, which was conducted on March 4, 2026.
Ordinance 26-12, Approving a Monetary Contribution of up to $5,000 to the East Mill Creek Community Council. The ordinance required a study in accordance with Utah Code Ann. § 10-8-2, setting forth an analysis and demonstrating the purpose for the appropriation, which was conducted on March 4, 2026.
Ordinance 26-13, Amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The ordinance is the third amendment to the current fiscal year budget.
