The Oakley City Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing and take possible action:
Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding a proposed conditional use permit at 375 W. Ruby Lane.
Proposed use includes a 5100 sq ft garage. Garage is 60'x85'. Height 27' 7.25'. Location of garage is northwest corner of property with the long side running North and South.
Allowable use with a Conditional Use Permit in the A5 zone per Oakley City Code 13-4-19
