PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Glenwood Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. in the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood, Utah. The public is invited to attend and comments are welcomed. The public hearing will be concerning the following: AMENDING THE 2025-2026 BUDGET. Copies of the amended budget are available for public inspection and can be viewed at the Glenwood Town Hall, or by calling 896-0260. REPEALING ORDINANCES. Ordinance #1983-A - Local Sales and Use Tax. Ordinance #107 - Municipal Sales and Use Tax. Ordinance #112-10-91 - Southern Utah Cablevision Franchise. Ordinance #140-3-07 - Temporary Regulation Pertaining to Residential Subdivision and Commercial Development within the Municipality of Glenwood Town. Ordinance # 144-11-14 - Temporary Regulation Pertaining to the Placement of Metal Freight Storage Containers in all Zoning districts Within Glenwood Town. Copies of the Ordinances are available for public inspection and can be viewed at the Glenwood Town Hall, or by calling 896-0260. ADOPTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL WILDLAND-URBAN INTERFACECODE ORDINANCE. Copies of this Ordinance and (WUI) Code are available for public inspection and can be viewed at the Glenwood Town Hall, or by calling 896-0260. In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, person needing special assistance to attend or understand this meeting may have reasonable accommodations made for them by calling 896-0260.
