NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold public hearings on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the St. George City Council Chambers at 61 S MAIN ST, to consider the following: A. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a portion of a 7.50-foot-wide public utility and drainage easement along with a 10-foot-wide ingress/egress easement for maintenance, located along Lots 78 and 79, Twin Creeks at Stone Bridge Phase 2 Amended and Extended, as described in Doc. No. 20070002759. Interested persons may present their views in writing by emailing comments to christina.fernandez@sgcityutah.gov or by mailing them to 61 S MAIN ST, St. George, UT 84770, Attn: City Recorder.
