MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2026 - 6:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Youth Council Report. 4. Annual Administrative and Event Calendar. 5. Motion to reconsider by Dee Christofferson Ordinance 2026-1 relating to the Storage Units and Architecture. a. Second and vote on reconsideration. b. Discussion/action on Ordinance 2026-1. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting Franchise Agreement with PacifiCorp. 7. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Interlocal Agreement with Washington Terrace and Ogden Valley City for Justice Court. 8. Discussion/action on allotments: a. Extension to the landscaping contract with Butler Landscaping. b. Audio/visual upgrade in Legislative Chambers. 9. Discussion on community engagement and oversight committees. 10. Discussion on vetting different organizational methods to create a community cemetery: Steve Mecham and Doug Larsen. 11. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 12. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies the agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about February 12, 2026. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Slaterville Park, and 3) Marriott Park. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
