Parcel ID: G-8-3A and G-8-3 Property Legal Description: THE N 1/2 OF LOT 3 BLOCK 8 PLAT 'A' OF THE OFFICIAL SURVEY OF GLENDALE TOWNSITE AND THE N 1/2 OF LOT 3 BLOCK 8 PLAT 'A' OF THE OFFICIAL SURVEY OF GLENDALE TOWNSITE Property Size: 0.12 ACRES AND 0.7 ACRES Current Zone: RURAL RESIDENTIAL R-R AND COMMERCIAL C Proposed Zone: COMMRECIAL C Property Owner: Kade Iverson TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Notice is hereby given that on April 8, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Glendale Town Hall located at 90 E Center Street, Glendale, Utah, the Glendale Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding a PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE request for the property identified as Parcel ID: G-8-3A and G-8-3, THE N 1/2 OF LOT 3 BLOCK 8 PLAT 'A' OF THE OFFICIAL SURVEY OF GLENDALE TOWNSITE AND THE N 1/2 OF LOT 3 BLOCK 8 PLAT 'A' OF THE OFFICIAL SURVEY OF GLENDALE TOWNSITE consisting of 0.82 acres). The property, owned by Kade Iverson, is currently zoned as RURAL RESIDENTIAL R-R AND COMMERCIAL C and is proposed to be changed to COMMERCIAL C. If the zone change amendment is adopted, the new zone of COMMERCIAL C will be regulated under the Residential Zoning Districts established in the Glendale Town Zoning Ordinances. At the aforementioned time and place, interested individuals may appear in person to express their opinions in support of or opposition to the proposed zone change. Written comments may also be submitted by mail or email and must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2026 The property owner(s) have ten (10) days after the date of the public hearing to submit a written objection to the inclusion of their property in the proposed zoning map or map amendment.
