- Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2026-04 Confirming and Adopting the Environmental Mitigation Impact Fee for the Washington County Habitat Conservation Plan. 2. Ordinance 2026-05 Amending Title 3, Chapter 2 regarding liquor control. 3. Ordinance ZC26-02 a Zone Change Amendment for parcel H-SMME-18-B from MH/RV to HC. 4. Ordinance ZC26-04 a Zone Change Amendment for parcel H-3-2-3-225 from RA-1 to RA-0.5. A copy of the approved ordinances are available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy. This notice can also be found on the City website www.cityofhurricane.com and the Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html
