Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 24, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Hearing Officer Daniel J. McDonald will hold a public meeting regarding a request is for a 'Reasonable Accommodation' pursuant to Section 21-11-8 of the Sandy Land Development Code, to allow a Residential Facility for Persons with a Disability at 203 East 9585 South. The proposal is to accommodate a total of nine unrelated individuals, eight persons with a disability and one live-in-house manager in a single-family home. The property owner is Denver and Marcella Quinonez, and the applicant is Cate Ockey of 'The Next Right Thing in Recovery.' This meeting will be conducted in the Sandy City Community Development Conference Room at City Hall, 10000 S. Centennial Pkwy.
