I, Kristina Rasmussen, City Recorder for the City of Brigham City, Box Elder County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Brigham City Council meeting held on March 19, 2026 the following Ordinances and Resolution were adopted: - Ordinance 26-03 Approving the Annexation of Certain Real Property into the City from Box Elder County - Laing - Ordinance 26-04 Approving the Annexation of Certain Real Property into the City from Box Elder County - BC Corp - Ordinance 26-05 Amending the Brigham City General Plan Future Land Use Map - Ordinance 26-06 - City Code Title 5 - Consolidated Fee Schedule, including City Impact Fee Section - Ordinance 26-07 Amending the Brigham City Zoning Map assigning Zoning Districts to land associated with Annexation into Brigham City - Ordinance 26-08 Amending the Brigham City Zoning Map by assigning Zoning District to land associated with annexation into Brigham City - Resolution 26-03 Interlocal Agreements with Northview, Weber, Tremonton, Ogden and Garland Fire Districts
